Jersey FOCUS on mental health provides a 24 hour freephone helpline 08007359404 for anyone wishing to seek information, help or support arising from mental health / illness issues or problems. The helpline is available to service users, carers, family and friends and will offer advice support and assistance wherever possible.

If you require urgent assistance or immediate help you can also contact the Mental Health out of hours emergency service available through the Hospital Switchboard on 623000.
